If so, what are those issues?
- People leave open spaces on the line and no one wants to parallel park so they’re basically wasting a parking spot
- It is inconvenient that we are asked to park on the line first, but it fills up so fast. I have to leave my house 30 to 40 minutes earlier than usual… And when the line is full we are then asked to park all the way behind the lower school before we even start using the student lot
- I am unable to leave the parking lot because the car line goes through the parking lot and parents will not let me in the line. When I eventually get into the line, I am stuck sitting there while parents pick up their kids and with no way to go around them.
- The line fills up so fast and so does the Slot. I don’t want to park my car on the grass, so I park my car illegally in a slot and then end up getting a warning. It’s so annoying.
- There are so many of us (juniors and seniors) and some days there are no spots left, so you have to squeeze your way into overflow parking.
- Parking on Ithan Ave is very difficult because you have to get to school before 8 am just to make sure you get a spot.
- There are never enough spaces in the Slot, so we were instructed to park on the line, but the teachers park there too, so there’s often not room left there.
- Getting out of the Slot in the afternoon/middle school pickup times
- The line fills up so quickly and then when you go to the Slot the seniors get mad at underclassmen for taking their spots (understandable). Plus, sometimes people can’t park well or get into accidents too.
- Not enough space to park
