Hello everyone, 

My name is Alimah Jalloh. I will be serving as your Student Body President for the 2023-2024 school year, and I am beyond excited for this school year. There are so many incredible people here in our community and I’m so lucky to be part of it. Over the course of my years here, AIS has really started to feel like home to me. If it hasn’t already for you, or if you’re new to the family, I hope I can help foster the close relationships with peers and mentors that make AIS so special to me. I can’t wait to see all of your faces, new and old! 

This year, my main goal is to make more opportunities to create bonds between grades. I know it’s important to get to know your own class but don’t forget those in the grades above or below you! The need for more events with all grades is something that is already on Student Government’s radar, and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store!

I’m so glad that I am able to be a representative for such an accomplished group of people. Please continue to be curious, witty, and bright. All my love and best wishes as we enter this new school year.
